She was formerly the UN PRME Director of Sustainability at the University of Queensland, where she was also a Senior Lecturer in sustainable development and won multiple teaching awards for her outstanding contribution to student learning.
Throughout her studies and career, Cle-Anne has lived in Canada, Japan, Germany, New Zealand and now Australia, and believes Queensland’s abundant natural resources and growing reputation as a global renewable powerhouse make it an ideal place to invest.
"We’ve got Queensland leading the rest of Australia in the deployment of large scale solar energy, some of the most reliable wind resources across Australia, and the rapid scale up of our transmission and distribution infrastructure as well across the state.
There are opportunities for technology, opportunities for people, there are opportunities for skill development and workforce. Queensland is the ideal place for foreign investment in renewable energies."
